Everything is included in our homes expect for the septic tanks
In some cases we can install them ( additional fee) in others they have to be done by a different septic installer in which we will help locate and get this done for you if needed .
Septic tanks that we do not do can not be financed,only our installs can be financed .
We do everything we can to make this as less stressful for our customers as possible.
Titan highly recommends ICF blocks on all basement construction, based on strength, moisture, insulation and water proofing needs . We offer this system as a upgrade at additional cost but truly believe it's worth the extra money .

The average build time for a stick build single family home from ground up construction is approximately 6 to 16 months , though this can range differently based on the complexity of the home being built ,weather , supplies issues and paperwork.
Smaller less complex homes can take 3 to 6 months before.you.can move in but again depending on variables.
WHAT IF MY LAND.NEEDS CLEARED ?
NO problem at all , We have our own excavation crews who will clean ,clear and level the ground for your new home .
WHO DOES ALL THE PAPERWORK?
We handle all the paperwork for the permits , the deed and everything in between .
WHAT ABOUT REFUNDS ?
Yes absolutely we will refund your money if you change your mind within 30 days of your deposit . Backed in writing on our Titan contract .

A. We will keep looking until we can find it ( typically 90/120 days) or unless you want to cancel the deal .

A. On land / home deals we do ask for a little lead time of 90 to 120 days to find and lock down property as this process does take time , it's not an easy process .
Q. Can I work with Titan homes to find my land ?
A. Yes , absolutely ,We will work with you on a land deal if your under contract with Titan within reason .
