The average build time for a stick build single family home from ground up construction is approximately 6 to 16 months , though this can range differently based on the complexity of the home being built ,weather , supplies issues and paperwork.
Smaller less complex homes can take 3 to 6 months before.you.can move in but again depending on variables.
WHAT IF MY LAND.NEEDS CLEARED ?
NO problem at all , We have our own excavation crews who will clean ,clear and level the ground for your new home .
WHO DOES ALL THE PAPERWORK?
We handle all the paperwork for the permits , the deed and everything in between .
WHAT ABOUT REFUNDS ?
Yes absolutely we will refund your money if you change your mind within 30 days of your deposit . Backed in writing on our Titan contract .
